Environmentally Friendly Fabrics:
Jet Tex is a lightweight textile fabric (300 g/m2), highly fire retardant (M1 / C1 / NFPA 701 / CSFM / MEA) Applications – banners, displays, streatched on a frame, or as wallpaper.
Jet 220 is a lightweight fabric (200g /m2) highly fire retardant: M1 / Cl1 / NFPA 701/ CSFM / MEA 50% less raw materials used in initial compounding 80% energy savings (lower energy fabrication cost) 0 % of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) released in the air 50% less decomposition time in landfil compared to standard PVC banner.
Eclypse : the safest possible solution Eclypse represents the safest possible solution for communication and decoration in high density human traffic areas such as airports, train stations, subways, trade shows and shopping malls. Eclypse fabric is incombustible, conforming to the strictest flame retardancy norms in the world: Eclypse has M0 / F0 approval. Applications – fixed signage, interior decoration, advertising and promotional usage
Soft Knit – EF is a 5.0 oz. wrinkle resistant warp knit. It is 41% Polyester, 59% Repreve Polyester Recycled. This fabric has great definition and presents a very high quality print. The surface appearance is very desirable for banners, signs and trade show exhibits. It is Flame Retardant and passes the NFPA 701 small scale test. Width – 122″
Poly Knit – EF is a 5.6 oz. warp knit. It is 60% Polyester, 40% Repreve Polyester Recycled. This product is very durable in outdoor applications. When made into a flag or banner it provides a two-sided image with great resistance to wind. Width – 100″
Firesafe – EF is a 6.6 oz. polyester 3 bar knit. It is 45% Polyester, 55% Repreve Polyester Recycled. Excellent print quality. This fabric is highly recommended for trade show exhibits. It is Flame Retardant and passes the NFPA 701 small scale test. Width – 125″
Flag – EF is a 3.2 oz. polyester warp knit. It is 68% Polyester, 32% Repreve Polyester Recycled. Most widely used for flags and banners. Combined with UV resistant or dispersed inks, it makes an excellent outdoor banner fabric. It is Flame Retardant and passes the NFPA 701 small scale test. Width – 120″
Poly Knit 5.0 – EF is a 5.0 oz. wrinkle resistant warp knit. It is 70% Polyester, 30% Repreve Polyester Recycled. This fabric has great definition and presents a very high quality print. The surface appearance is very desirable for banners, signs and trade show exhibits. It is Flame Retardant and passes the NFPA 701 small scale test. Width – 122″
Symmetry – EF is a 5.0 oz. knit that is 88% Repreve Polyester Recycled, 12% Spandex. It is used in banners and trade show exhibit applications especially those aiming for geometric design. The fabric easily bends and curves and is highly recommended for architectural design. It is Flame Retardant and passes the NFPA 701 small scale test. Width – 125″
Environmentally Friendly Rigid Materials:
Bio Insite (Substitute for Foam Core)
paper-faced foamboard with biodegradable foam center and SFI certified paper liners. requires 1 to 5 years for 100% breakdown in landfil. There is no trade-off between the positive environmental attributes and its physical performance.
Bio Duraplast (Substitute for Gator / Ultraboard)
All-Plastic, 100% biodegradable, 100% recyclable foamboard requires 1 to 5 years for 100% breakdown in landfil. There is no trade-off between the positive environmental attributes and its physical performance.
X-Board is a 100% natural fibre-based sandwich board which can currently be supplied in varying thicknesses from 8mm (0,31”) up to 32mm (1,26”) and sheet sizes of 1 220mm (48”) width x 3 000mm (118,11”) length. The internal core is made from 100% recycled kraft. After its useful life it can again be repulped, making it 100% eco-friendly and assisting in reducing unfriendly landfill around the globe.
Environmentally Friendly Vinyl:
BIOflex, 13oz PVC (alternative for vinyl banner material) BIOflex contains no toxic materials. It is based on the latest technology, highly pure PVC resin, fine particle limestone to provide opacity, plasticizer of vegetable origin to provide flexibility, and the titanium pigment used in the highest quality paint to add to sunlight resistance. Overall, more than 80% of the content of BIOflexTM is derived from sources other than petroleum. BIOflex begins to degrade in the landfill within a few weeks and depending on thickness and quantity added, the PVC will vanish in 3 to 5 years. BIOflex has passed fire testing for the NY MEA; NFPA 701 and the CA Fire Marshal Title 19 test.
